What’s your pet policy?
We are a pet friendly community. We accept Cats & Dogs. There is a non-refundable pet deposit of $250.00 and $20 charge a month per pet. There is no size or weight limit for dogs, however we follow breed restrictions. You are NOT allowed to have the following breed: Pit-bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Germain Shepards, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, Wolf-hybrids and Siberian Huskies. Lakeview provides dog friendly areas and clean up stations. Limit of 2 animals per apartment.
What's your Application Process?
Our availability depends on when you would like to move. The best thing is to come into the office and APPLY. We never know just when an apartment will pop up, and it could be within your ideal timeframe! Please contact for further information on availability. The application fee is $25.00 for one person, or $35 for a couple. In order to process your application, we will need 30 days worth of pay stubs.

- 30 days of your most recent pay stubs
- A copy of your driver's license
- A fully completed application
What Utilities are included?
You are responsible for your own electric bill, plus you will have a shared utility bill each month that is payable with your rent that covers water, sewer, trash, and gas for hot water. The bill changes monthly but does have caps as detailed below
- 1 Bedroom caps at $30.00 a month
- 2 Bedroom caps at $40.00 a month
- 2BR Deluxe caps at $50.00 a month
- 3 Bedroom caps at $60.00 a month
